The Agència Catalana de Turisme (ACT) UK office is the official representation of the Catalan Tourist Board in the United Kingdom and Ireland. It is responsible for promoting Catalonia as a tourist destination to the British and Irish markets.
Every November, the ACT is a regular and prominent exhibitor at the World Travel Market (WTM) in London. The organisation uses the event to showcase Catalonia to the UK market, with a particular focus on attracting high-value, sustainable tourism.
To complement the event, they also host a dinner, inviting key representatives from the tourism industry and highlighting the best of Catalan gastronomy. Catalonia is a 2025 World Region of Gastronomy destination, a title from the International Institute of Gastronomy, Culture, Arts and Tourism.
