COCK
by Mike Bartlett.
Directed by Nick Edwards
September 2024
At the Tower Theatre, Stoke Newington.
Can love appear where you least expect it?
Ever since he can remember, John has known he is gay. So how can he have fallen in love with a woman? And how will he tell the man that he has lived with for years? Is it possible to love two people at the same time and do we really know what makes us feel the way we feel?
From the pen of Mike Bartlett, Olivier-award winning play Cock is funny and poignant, with a laser-sharp focusing on what gender, sexuality and relationships mean in the 21st Century.
